About the WBNA Yard Sale

The WBNA neighborhood-wide yard sale event has been taking place for over 20 years. This event attracts members of the public, die-hard yard sale visitors, and guests from all over the state and neighboring Massachusetts.  There are over 500 people who stroll through the neighborhood on Yard Sale Day. after picking up a FREE hardcopy Map that map at the WBNA-HQ starting at 8:00 am. (We will be posting a link on the day of the event on our website that can be accessed on your mobile device).


$10.00 is the suggested payment to get the "Yard Sale Address" on the map. 


Business/Real Estate Open House/Art Sale 

$15.00 to get your address on the map


If you don't live within the focus area of the WBNA - We offer some spaces on a first come first serve basis.

$20.00 for a spot on the WBNA (4 Available)

$15.00 for a spot on the Sidewalk (2 Available on Sycamore) 

$25.00 for a spot on the Sidewalk (2 Available on Westminster)

This is for a spot in the parking lot of WBNA. Renters must bring their own a. Own Tent (or Rent-a-Tent for $15.00 8:00 am - 1:00 pm) b. Own Tables (o rent a 6ft table for $5.00) c. Chairs (or Rent a folding chair for $2.00) Set up Time: As early as 6:00 am (Please click the link in the event description and fill out our Google Form so we know where to put you on our map!) Closing: The Yard Sale ends at 1:00 pm but you may stay at long as you like
