Caregiver Wellness Circle 🐴💛 is a weekly experiential gathering designed to help spouses, partners, family, and close friends caring for loved ones reduce stress, build resilience and rediscover balance through guided conversations, practical tools, mindfulness, and meaningful interactions with horses. Guided by the ranches equine specialist, this circle will focus on your mental wellbeing by giving you the opportunity to ground and reset. Come as you are, you don&rsquo;t have to perform, fix, or be the strong one&mdash;your pace, your comfort, your circle. PLEASE NOTE THERE ARE ONLY TEN TICKETS PER WEEK AVAILABLE. When:&nbsp;&nbsp;10-11:15 a.m. Wednesdays (Sept 16th - Nov 18th) Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for additional paperwork. Where:&nbsp;&nbsp;The ranch address is 8636 Blair Road in Mint Hill. There is a black horse on top of the mailbox.&nbsp;&nbsp;When you turn onto the farm lane please drive under 10 mph, STAY RIGHT and go through the gate&nbsp;&nbsp;(5mph)&nbsp;to the gravel parking spots.&nbsp;&nbsp;We will gather in the parking area and wait for everyone to arrive. What:&nbsp;&nbsp;This is a support opportunity for any adult providing caregiving services whether for dementia, illness or special needs. Helpful Details: &nbsp;<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="color: #000000;" style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: inherit;">Wear closed toed boots or tennis shoes.
