Our Home Bouts are scheduled for April 18th, June 27th, Sept. 5th, and November 7th at the Gun Barrel City Pavillion (301 Municipal Dr, Gun Barrel City, TX 75147)
A few things to know before you sign up as a vendor:
The vendor fee is a non-refundable and for a 10x10 space. Only ONE vendor is allowed per 10x10 space, and electricity is NOT available.
Prohibited items include bounce houses, waterslides, dunk tanks, trampolines, alcohol or tobacco products. Events are family-friendly.
Your booth will be given two wristband passes- you will have to pay the ticket fees for any additional attendees for your booth.
The vendor is responsible for any display, tables or chairs needed for the event- tables and chairs will NOT be provided. Vendors are also responsible for leaving their area clean and free of debris after the event. Canopies are highly encouraged at this venue but not required. Food vendors should bring copies of food handlers' certificates to have available and/or displayed. CCRLD has no regulatory authority; vendors should be familiar and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
