San Francisco's Family Zoning Plan turned back decades of exclusionary zoning and is expected to generate meaningfully more housing for the city, but it still isn't enough to meet the state's mandated housing targets. Join us on Wednesday, November 18th at the Eureka Valley Rec Center, where housing activist Robert Fruchtman will explain the "circuit breaker" built into the Family Zoning Plan to ensure the city hits its housing goals. You’ll learn what San Francisco promised the state, and what additional zoning and policy changes might be needed to get there. Join us to learn more about solving SF's housing affordability crisis. 🧰 RSVP link in bio!
