It&rsquo;s a high-energy experience filled with music, movement, community, and impact. Dance Cardio Party blends simple dance moves with cardio bursts to keep you moving, sweating, and smiling. No rhythm required, just come ready to have fun and show up for yourself. This month,&nbsp;we&rsquo;re partnering with Revolution Red, a South Carolina organization dedicated to ending period poverty by providing menstrual education and essential supplies to women and girls in need. Admission:💃🏾 $10 gets you into the Dance Cardio Party Experience&trade; ❤️ An optional donation of pads, tampons, liners, period underwear, menstrual cups, or other feminine hygiene products helps a student show up with confidence. Together, we&rsquo;re helping take the luxury out of period care while creating a space where women can move, connect, and make a difference. Come ready to move with purpose. Bring your water.
