Kitchen Wisdom Day Camp

Spend the day off from school with the kitchen witch, exploring herbs and spices actions and benefits, alongside simple recipes that connect everyday food with traditional Tibetan and Western Healing. Children taste, and learn how these plants support our bodies and moods.&nbsp; Your kids will hear stories from Tibetan medicine, and some of the magic these plats are known for both medical and mystical. They can bring home practical &ldquo;kitchen wisdom&rdquo; to use with their families.&nbsp; This day off is more for those who have been more keen about the details in herbal medicine and is therefore also open to tweens and teens. Expect for detailed information and learning than our usual Day-Off camps.&nbsp;*May be less appropriate for those in younger grades unless they have attended herb camp and taken notes and expressed interest to learn more.&nbsp; Please share any allergies or needs so we can plan a safe, welcoming day. Space is limited in the winter months to 9 children. Snag your spot ASAP!&nbsp;
