Please remember you must register 1 delegate for each 15 regular members of your detachment and any remainder.

This ticket is for regular members of the MCL. Purchase these tickets when the number of delegates has been fulfilled the remaining regular members are considered alternates, and will be used in the case where a delegate is not present at the time of a roll call vote.

Past Department Commandant's are considered Delegates-at-Large and do not pay a registration fee. They must register like a Delegate however they receive one vote for themselves.

Associate Members must register for the Convention like Delegates but they do not count in the Detachment's Delegate count.
