The optional survey questions when you check out are to help Red Bird Nest better understand the communities we serve and ensure that our programs are reaching people across Houston and beyond.

This information helps us evaluate our programming, identify opportunities to improve accessibility, and provide demographic information that may be required for certain grants and funding opportunities.

All demographic questions are optional. Your responses will not affect your ability to participate, and we will not use this information to identify or contact you individually.
