Opting in can be done by calling the EAG Office (212-685-2927) and leaving a message with your name and mailing address. Ballots for the 2026 Elections will be emailed to members on Wednesday, August 12, 2026. Participation in the Elections is strongly encouraged!&nbsp;Your completed ballot must be received by our office no later than 9:00 AM ET on Monday, September 14, 2026. Ballots will be counted by the Tellers Committee at Guild Hall on September 14, 2026. Candidates or their appointed deputies may be present and observe the tally. Winning candidates will be announced by the Chairperson of the Tellers Committee at the Annual Membership Meeting. +++Directions: The Church of the Transfiguration (aka the Little Church Around the Corner) is located at 1 EAST 29th STREET, NYC 10016 (midblock between Madison and Fifth, between #3 and #9 East 29th Street) It is NOT the big church on the corner of Fifth Avenue; that&#39;s Marble Collegiate. When you arrive at the Little Church, you will be entering through the garden to the main double doors into the church and taking a right into the sanctuary. Getting Here: The closest subways are the R/W or 6 at 28th Street or the B/D/F/M or N/Q/R/W at 34th Street/Herald Square. If you are arriving by bus, take the M1, M2, M3, M5, M6, or M7. Parking: Due to ongoing construction to replace a city water main, there is currently no on-street parking available on East 29th Street between Madison and Fifth Avenues. The closest parking garage is located across the street at 10 East 29th Street. Lobby:&nbsp;You are welcome to enjoy the Little Church&rsquo;s garden (weather permitting) if you arrive before doors open. Accessibility: The Little Church and Garden are wheelchair accessible Late seating: We cannot guarantee late seating. EAG&#39;s Health &amp; Safety Rules: Masks are strongly recommended but no longer required in Guild Hall.
