Join the Algerian American Community of Southern California for our Eid Al-Adha Lamb&nbsp;Couscous-Potluck Picnic at Whittier Narrows Recreation Area 🎉. We gather to share food, stories, and traditions that honor our Algerian and heritage, and to reconnect with friends and family in a welcoming outdoor setting. Bring a dish to share&mdash;Algerian specialties, side dishes, homemade sweets, your favorite family recipe, and drinks 🍽️.&nbsp; Everyone is invited 🧺RSVP. Please use this form to let us know who&rsquo;s coming so we know how many of you to expect, and to have enough food (Lamb Couscous) and supplies(serving and water) for everyone to enjoy. Your participation helps us honor Algerian traditions while building a strong, supportive community here in Southern California. Families and friends are welcome.&nbsp; We are planning to have kids&#39; henna(supplies provided), face painting, games, and a pi&ntilde;ata.&nbsp;If you would like to volunteer for or support any of these activities, please reach out to the board-at aacsc125@gmail.com, one of the board members, or Zelle to aacsc125treasury@gmail.com/or 818-445-3017. To donate to cover one whole sheep is $600, half sheep for $300, or any amount, to have lamb available to everyone. Parking fee: $10 per vehicle entry.
