🌿 Welcome to the Fall at DIG Farm! Tuesdays, 11/3, 11/1010 AM - 1 PMAges 4 and up By Request: We are adding two additional dates to our Homeschooling Tuesdays at DIG Farm. This is a stand alone registration for these two November dates, extending our Nature-Based Rhythm This Fall! Our immersive Fall Learning Garden Program gives children the opportunity to explore, create, discover, and grow through meaningful, hands-on experiences in nature. From gardening and culinary arts to nature exploration, Bird Club, and outdoor enrichment, children learn by doing while building curiosity, confidence, creativity, and a deeper connection to the natural world. Each farm day includes three engaging one-hour classes, creating a purposeful three-hour learning experience. While every class offers its own unique focus, the curriculum is intentionally connected through our STREAM-based approach, bringing together Science, Technology, Reading/Research, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics through real-world experiences. Learners begin to see the connections between what they learn and the world around them, whether they are growing and preparing food, observing birds and wildlife, investigating ecosystems, designing solutions, creating art, or exploring the science behind the farm. This integrated approach allows learning to unfold naturally across the season, with each experience building upon the next. 🌱 Tuesdays10:00–11:00 AM | Gardening with Katie Get hands-on in the garden while learning about plants, soil, seasonal growing, and sustainable gardening practices.11:00 AM–12:00 PM | Bird Explorers with Susan Discover the birds that call the farm home while developing observation, identification, and nature-listening skills.12:00–1:00 PM | Rewilding School with Jessie Explore the natural world through hands-on activities that encourage children to observe, understand, and connect with the ecosystems around them.
