Within just two months of forming, we&rsquo;ve already launched our first giving season. In the very first month of&nbsp;Autistics for Safe Food, we helped 37 individuals with $750 of safe food shopping&mdash;and we&rsquo;re only just beginning. Autistics for Safe Food&nbsp;empowers autistic people in Chattanooga by showing that we are not a burden&mdash;we are leaders, problem solvers, and community builders. Through autistic-led initiatives like&nbsp;Fidgets for Safe Food, we&rsquo;re creating systems of care that reflect lived experience and honor the full diversity of food needs. Every $5 infinity cube supports our startup costs for education, advocacy, and resource-building&mdash;especially for those navigating food insecurity, ARFID (Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder), and dietary needs often overlooked by traditional food pantries. With our partners at the Chatt Pride Food Coalition, we&rsquo;re expanding inclusive food access across Chattanooga. Fidgets are more than stocking stuffers. When you see us tabling at local markets, you&rsquo;ll find exclusive and unique fidgets available. But for this campaign, we&rsquo;re reserving only our most popular fidget&mdash;the infinity cube. These cubes have taken over the hands of Chattanooga; you may have already seen one being clicked and folded in conversations all across the city. They&rsquo;re perfect for holiday gifting&mdash;and just as perfect for weekends after Christmas, when comfort and care matter most. We&rsquo;ll carry this campaign through the holiday season, closing with the <a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.stelmostroll.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">St. Elmo Stroll &amp; Luminaria Festival</a>&mdash;when the streets of Historic St. Elmo glow with light on the third Saturday in December. Our booth at this event will be the final opportunity to pick up infinity cubes reserved with a $5 donation. After that, reserved cubes will be considered monetary donations only.
