Join fellow members of The Wolfe Club of Newburyport for a unique evening of camaraderie and Nordic-style recovery at Skog Sauna &amp; Cold Plunge.During this private two-hour session, we&rsquo;ll rotate through a classic Fire &amp; Ice circuit&mdash;moving between the wood-fired sauna, cold plunge, and outdoor fire pit while enjoying conversation and time together.The sauna experience is rooted in centuries-old Nordic tradition and is known for helping with recovery, circulation, stress reduction, and mental clarity. But most importantly, it&rsquo;s a great excuse to gather with a good group of guys and do something a little different.Expect a relaxed, social atmosphere as we rotate through the sauna and plunge, warm up by the fire pit, and enjoy a mid-week reset together.
