Saturdays on St. Clair is a workshop series designed for our community to explore creative reuse, learn upcycling techniques, and see everyday materials in a new way! Thank you to Cuyahoga Arts &amp; Culture for helping Upcycle Parts Shop secure grant funding to keep this workshop free!&nbsp; In From Scraps to Seating: Miniature Armchairs with Cheryl Pete, participants will discover how everyday discarded materials can be transformed into a charming miniature chair! You will build a one-of-a-kind upholstered armchair and ottoman using cardboard, fabric scraps, and other reclaimed materials. Along the way, you&#39;ll learn simple construction techniques, creative problem-solving skills, and how to see materials not for what they are but for what they could become. This workshop is for All Ages! *This workshop is offered as a creative arts experience and is not art therapy or therapeutic art programming. Please note that this workshop is NOT being presented as part of Cheryl&#39;s work as an art therapist. By registering for this FREE workshop, you help us plan for supplies, prepare the space, and continue to build our community around creativity and sustainability.&nbsp; Upcycle Parts Shop is supported in part by Cuyahoga County residents through a public grant from Cuyahoga Arts &amp; Culture.
