Get Rooted in Meditation &amp; Mindfulness is an invitation into your own heart. It&#39;s an opportunity to slow down, breathe with intention, reconnect with yourself, and practice in harmonious community. Chung Huong Institute classes are intentionally kept small for the purpose of deeper connection and personalized teachings. In this program, we will be drawing on the Four Foundations of Mindfulness (the very first mindfulness text written thousands of years ago). Join one session, several, or all for the maximum fruits.
