Below is a suggested list of materials to bring to class. This is a ridiculous list and no one needs this much, but it&#39;s very fun to play with all kinds of things. Only rule is don&#39;t buy anything new. &nbsp;Bare minimum is pencil, micron pen, paint, brush, credit card.&nbsp; 6 or more pieces of heavy mixed media paper or gessoed paper or small gessoed wood panels no bigger than 6x8. (Must be gessoed and sanded before class) Watercolors, gouache, acrylics, matte medium, pencils, colored pencils, watercolor pencils, acrylic or watercolor markers, crayons, waterproof pens (like micron), oil pastels (chalk and charcoal gets messy but if you really want to use, please bring non aerosol pastel fixative), spray bottle of water, tempera sticks, white gel pen Scraps of paper (thin is best, think newspaper or pretty colored tissue from a package) as well as a stack of paper from your recycling bin, stencils; twigs or vegetation that won&#39;t fall apart if you dip it in paint, sponge brushes, ear of corn with silks attached, watercolor brushes, other brushes no smaller than 2&quot;, stencils, old credit cards from junk mail, 1&quot; painters tape, textured fabric or cardboard scraps, or anything from home that you think might make interesting marks, parchment paper, gloves and a smock, paper towels, hair dryer if you&#39;re exceptionally impatient and for carefully pulling tape off paper.
