An Operator Candidate spot is reserved for individuals willing to be tested, trained, and refined in service to God and others. Candidates enter a disciplined pipeline that evaluates physical endurance, decision making under stress, moral character, teamwork, and spiritual maturity. Throughout the process, candidates are immersed in biblical training, daily prayer, Bible study, and discipleship while developing personnel precision rescue, medical, and humanitarian capabilities that parallel special operations standards. This is not for spectators or the curious. It is for those prepared to submit fully to the mission, to brotherhood, and to Christ, and to be held accountable for lives and eternal impact.this is not for the faint or weak of heart.
The Instructor Cadre, Team Leader Pipeline, and Case Manager roles are reserved for proven operators who have already demonstrated competence, humility, and faith under pressure. These positions develop leaders who teach core and advanced skills, mentor new candidates, and lead teams during training and missions while continuing to refine their own operational, medical, and leadership capabilities. Participants are held to a higher standard of accountability, biblical leadership, and discipleship, integrating Scripture, prayer, and servant leadership into every aspect of instruction and decision making. This pipeline exists to multiply capability, protect standards, and raise leaders who can be trusted with people, missions, and the spiritual responsibility that comes with both.

Funding flights for our national team and cadre ensures that trained, vetted operators and leaders can assemble, deploy, and lead without delay. Travel support allows instructors, team leaders, and case managers to move where training, missions, and crises demand, maintaining readiness and continuity across our national pipeline. These funds directly support operational coordination, leadership presence, and mission execution, removing financial barriers that would otherwise slow response, fracture teams, or compromise preparation for rescue, humanitarian aid, and Gospel centered missions.
Sponsoring the event provides the critical infrastructure that makes training and evaluation possible. This support covers food, training supplies, instructor travel, room and board, logistics, and all essential resources required to operate safely, efficiently, and at a professional standard. Event sponsorship ensures that Operator Indoc and leadership development can be executed without compromise, allowing candidates and cadre to focus fully on training, discipleship, and mission readiness rather than resource shortfalls.
