1) The Family Membership includes the husband, wife, and unmarried children under the age of 25. 2) Parents living in the same household are considered separate members. 3) Married brothers and sisters living in the same household are also considered separate members. 4) Unmarried children 25 and older, unmarried brothers and sisters, and single parents living in the same household are each considered a single member. *** The membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. *** Pay Before July 1st to be an eligible voter for the fall election
