Associate Membership is open to individual persons who are not affiliated with a HazMat Team or Corporate Membership, including retired responders or individuals who have an interest in supporting and advancing Indiana’s hazardous materials response community.

HazMat Team Membership is open to any public or private hazardous materials response team, including cleanup and remediation organizations.

Each HazMat Team Member may designate two (2) voting representatives.

If your organization needs an invoice for dues to issue a check, please select this option. An invoice will be generated and sent to the email address on the registration. Organization dues are $200.00 per year.
