Come learn how to make your own amaro &mdash; the bittersweet, herbal liqueur behind some of your favorite cocktails. We&rsquo;ll walk through the basics of working with roots, herbs, citrus peels, and spices, how to balance bitter, sweet, and aromatic flavors, and how to infuse, blend, and finish your own custom recipe. No alcohol will be served at this event.
