Our journey begins with a gentle walk along the garden trails, inviting you to slow down and awaken your senses. We will then gather on a quiet island surrounded by the serene limestone quarry, where the calming sounds of nature become part of our practice. Together, we&rsquo;ll move through a gentle, beginner-friendly mat yoga class designed to release tension, improve mobility, and cultivate inner peace. Breathwork and a guided meditation will help you connect with the earth beneath you, the water surrounding you, and the stillness within. Students should bring a yoga mat and be comfortable walking on uneven garden paths. No previous yoga experience is necessary&mdash;just a willingness to slow down, breathe, and connect with nature.
