This guided meditation weaves music with mindful reflection, inviting you to notice rhythm, color, and feeling the way an artist does. As part of the public programming for PrintLab: Material Futures and &quot;WE&quot; THE PEOPLE, Spirits Up will lead a guided meditation inspired works from the exhibitions such as Birth of the Blues by Willie Cole and &nbsp;Blues Band by Paul Keene. This immersive experience invites participants to engage with the exhibitions through mindfulness, music, and the enduring cultural legacy of jazz and blues. Spirits Up is a Philadelphia-based wellness initiative that creates culturally grounded yoga, meditation, and mindfulness experiences for Black and Brown communities. By blending wellness practices with Black history, jazz, blues, and community dialogue, Spirits Up offers spaces for reflection, healing, and collective connection. Hosted by Brandywine Workshop and Archives, this session supports our work connecting people through art; across cultures and generations. Whether you&rsquo;re an artist, educator, student, or curious visitor, you&rsquo;re welcome to pause, reset, and reconnect with your own creative voice.
