The Mzantsi Jazz Collective is a high-voltage powerhouse of modern Afro-jazz, co-led by the visionary pianist and composer Bokani Dyer. Born from Botswana&rsquo;s soul and sharpened on South Africa&rsquo;s competitive jazz scene, the trio&mdash;Dyer on piano, with lethal rhythm section Timothy Norton (bass) and Malachi Whitson (drums)&mdash;doesn&rsquo;t just play music: they hunt it.
