Join us for our monthly Lunch &amp; Learn series&nbsp;&mdash; a space to pause in the middle of your day, share a meal, and engage in meaningful conversations that connect personal experience with bigger ideas. Each session invites thoughtful dialogue, fresh perspectives, and genuine human connection across cultures and backgrounds. #1 Between Worlds: Identity, Belonging, and Mental Health in the Immigrant ExperienceWhat does it mean to build a sense of self between cultures? How do we navigate belonging while carrying pieces of different worlds within us? This Lunch &amp; Learn session will explore the emotional and psychological experience of immigration &mdash; from identity shifts and cultural adaptation to the often-unspoken impact on mental health. Together, we will reflect on what it means to live &ldquo;between worlds,&rdquo; and how we can find grounding, connection, and resilience in that space. The session will be led by Elena Belaya, Mental Health and Wellness Program Coordinator at the Ukrainian Society of Michigan (UASMI), who will guide the conversation and create a supportive, open environment for sharing and reflection. 🗓 Tuesday April 14| 12:00&ndash;1:30 PM📍 Grand Rapids (Exact location shared after registration).
