Motions: yoga + music in the garden&nbsp; Join us for Motions --- slow flowy yoga with live music on the first Sunday of each month. This gathering is a way to connect with our bodies, the earth, and each other. After class, the music and hangs will continue with a live set. Bring a mat, hydration, and/or any tension you&#39;ve been needing to release. All bodies, all levels, all creatures welcome. Yoga and music are offered on a PWYC sliding scale of $10+ . There will be N/A drinks for purchase or you can grab a beverage from @cafenoir on your way over.&nbsp; This class is led by Grace Bialecki (RYT 200 &amp; mindfulness meditation teacher). Music in May will be by Beatrix Coxteehee.
