Welcome to our&nbsp; 10 and 13 weeks Tiny Tots Tennis 🎾 introduces young children to the game through simple, playful drills and movement. Kids build coordination, confidence, and healthy habits while having fun on court. Our coaches use age‑appropriate racquets and soft balls every child can enjoy success from the first session. Complete this form to reserve your child&rsquo;s spot and help them start an active, positive tennis journey. 🌟 MY TENNIS GAME &nbsp;Monthly Program Cancellation &amp; Early Withdrawal Policy Monthly Program Payments Are Non-Refundable At My Tennis Game, monthly program fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments will be issued for missed classes, early withdrawal, schedule changes, vacations, illness, or any other reason. ### 30-Day Cancellation Notice A 30-day written cancellation notice is required to terminate participation in the monthly program. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before the desired cancellation date. Until the 30-day notice period has been completed, the account will remain active and any scheduled monthly payments will continue to be due. ### Early Withdrawal If a participant chooses to withdraw from the program before the end of a monthly billing period, the monthly payment remains non-refundable. Early withdrawal does not qualify for a refund or partial-month credit. If cancellation is requested without the required 30-day notice, the participant may be responsible for the applicable payment(s) during the remaining notice period. ### Missed Classes Monthly tuition reserves the participant&#39;s place in the program and is not based on individual class attendance. Therefore, missed classes do not qualify for refunds, credits, or reductions in monthly tuition. ### Acknowledgment By enrolling in the My Tennis Game monthly program, the parent/guardian or participant acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable payment policy and 30-day cancellation notice requirement. My Tennis Game reserves the right to modify or update this policy as necessary. Thank you for being part of My Tennis Game!
