LXCL:Every gift—no matter the size—makes a real difference. Whether you give $100, $500, or $25, your support helps create jobs, restore dignity, and give young people a reason to hope. When many people each give what they can, lasting change becomes possible. Thank you for being part of that hope.

Hope Is Disappearing&mdash;Unless We Act Now Right now in Sierra Leone, bright, capable young people are losing hope. Even those with high school or college degrees cannot find work. With no future in sight, many turn to street labor&mdash;or fall into a devastating drug epidemic that costs just 25 cents a hit. This is happening today, in the 21st century. When you kneel beside a young woman no one else will approach, brushing flies away while she fades into despair, it becomes clear: progress means nothing if people are still being abandoned. The only compassionate response is to act now. This project creates lasting hope through jobs. Young Vision Africa is expanding its proven employment work by building a 26-unit student apartment building near a growing university in Bo, Sierra Leone, where housing demand is high. This is not charity that disappears&mdash;it is a self-sustaining solution. <ul fr-original-style="list-style-type: disc;" style="list-style-type: disc; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 12.0px 0.0px; font: 20.0px 'Times New Roman'; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000;" style='margin: 0px 0px 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; font-width: normal; font-size: 20px; line-height: normal; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size-adjust: none; font-kerning: auto; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-feature-settings: normal; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-variation-settings: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: inherit;'>50% of all future income will permanently fund youth jobs and small businesses</li><li fr-original-style="margin: 0.0px 0.0px 12.0px 0.0px; font: 20.0px 'Times New Roman'; -webkit-text-stroke: #000000;" style='margin: 0px 0px 12px; font-style: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: normal; font-width: normal; font-size: 20px; line-height: normal; font-family: "Times New Roman"; font-size-adjust: none; font-kerning: auto; font-variant-alternates: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-numeric: normal; font-variant-east-asian: normal; font-variant-position: normal; font-variant-emoji: normal; font-feature-settings: normal; font-optical-sizing: auto; font-variation-settings: normal; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; -webkit-text-stroke-color: rgb(0, 0, 0); box-sizing: inherit;'>50% will fund school loans, primary education, and crisis housing</li></ul> This one building will generate $10,000 every year, supporting 16 full-time jobs, educating dozens of children, and providing subsidized housing for families in crisis&mdash;year after year.
