1. Sponsor and Platform Roles

The sponsor of this Sweepstakes is Pray, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, EIN 88-3700705, with its address at 3538 ESTATES LANDING DR NW, Kennesaw, GA, 30144, United States (the "Sponsor"). The Sponsor is solely responsible for the Sweepstakes, including the offering, funding, awarding and delivery of all prizes.

Zeffy (operated by Simplyk, Inc.) provides the technology platform on which the Sweepstakes is hosted. Zeffy is not the sponsor, operator or administrator of the Sweepstakes, does not offer or award any prize, and is not responsible for the conduct of the Sweepstakes. Zeffy is a Released Party under Section 11 and an intended beneficiary of the release, arbitration and class action waiver provisions of these Official Rules.

By obtaining an entry, you ("Entrant", "you") agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence if higher, and who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.

The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law, and is not open to residents of any jurisdiction where participation would be unlawful. Residents of the following jurisdictions are excluded by the Sponsor and are not eligible to enter: None, other than jurisdictions where participation is unlawful.

You are not eligible to participate if you appear on the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons, or if you are resident in or entering from a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine).

Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, and of any party involved in the creation, administration or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, together with the members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household, are not eligible to enter.

Entries may be submitted only by individuals on their own behalf. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships or other entities, and no entry may be transferred or assigned. Only one person may be associated with each entry; if more than one name is submitted with a winning entry, the person named first is deemed the entrant.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on the date this Sweepstakes is published and ends on the date of the last drawing (America/New_York) (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries submitted or postmarked outside the Sweepstakes Period are not eligible. The Sponsor's timekeeping systems are the official time for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter

There are multiple ways to enter, and no method of entry gives a better chance of winning than any other. You may use more than one method of entry.

(a) Enter by making a donation online. During the Sweepstakes Period, visit https://www.zeffy.com/en-US/ticketing/pray-christmas-sweepstakes--2026, select your donation level, complete the required contact fields (first name, last name, email, phone number and mailing address), and submit your payment. Once your donation is processed, you will receive confirmation of your entry number(s) by email. Entries are issued at the following levels:

The maximum number of entries per person by donation is unlimited. The Sponsor may reject any entry that is not supported by good funds, and any donation that is later reversed, charged back or refunded voids the associated entries.

(b) Enter for free (Alternate Method of Entry). During the Sweepstakes Period, you may obtain an entry without making any donation or payment. The free entry form is reached only through the link in step 1 below, which appears in these Official Rules. Follow these steps: 1. Open the free entry form here 2. Complete the required contact fields (first name, last name, email, phone number and mailing address). 3. Once your request is received, you will receive confirmation of your entry number(s) by email at the address you provided.

Value of a free entry. A free entry is a valid entry of the same nature as a donation entry and carries the same weight in the drawing. Each free entry request grants 5 entry/entries. The limit is one free entry request per person per day.

Residents of Idaho, Vermont and Washington may omit return postage on any mailing required under these Official Rules.

Entrants must provide truthful and accurate information. Providing false information, attempting to obtain more than the permitted number of entries, or using multiple identities, email addresses, phone numbers or accounts, will void the affected entries and may result in disqualification. Illegible, incomplete, altered, forged, late or misdirected entries will not be accepted. The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or communications that are lost, late, misdirected or not received.

5. Amounts Paid Are Not Tax-Deductible

An entrant who donates to enter receives the chance to win a prize in return. Under U.S. federal tax rules, amounts paid to obtain entries in a sweepstakes or raffle are not deductible as charitable contributions, and no charitable tax receipt should be issued or relied upon for those amounts. The value of any prize is generally taxable to the winner. The Sponsor and Zeffy do not provide tax, legal or accounting advice, and you should consult your own advisor. The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and reporting associated with a prize. The Sponsor will report prize awards and collect any information, including a Social Security Number or completed IRS Form W-9, required by applicable tax, title or registration laws before a prize is delivered.

6. Odds and Selection of Winner

Odds of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No estimate of total entries is available, so the odds cannot be stated in advance.

Drawing. On or about the drawing date shown on the campaign page (America/New_York), the Sponsor or its designee will select the potential winner or winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries, using a random number generator or equivalent method. The drawing will take place at 3538 ESTATES LANDING DR NW, Kennesaw, GA, 30144, United States. A potential winner need not be present at the drawing. The prize(s) will be awarded, and no more than the number of prizes listed in Section 7 will be awarded in total.

Where more than one prize is offered, all prizes are drawn from the same pool of eligible entries in the order the prizes are listed in Section 7. Each entry is eligible for every prize until that entry is drawn. Once an entry is drawn it is removed from the pool, so no single entry can win more than one prize. An entrant holding more than one entry may win more than one prize, since each entry is drawn separately.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, automated or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules.

7. Prizes

Cash option: No cash option is offered.

Each Prize is awarded "as is", with no warranty or guarantee of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Each Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash by the winner, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised Prize becomes unavailable, and except for any cash option stated above. Approximate retail values are estimates as of the date these rules were generated; the winner is not entitled to the difference if the actual value of a Prize at the time it is awarded is lower. Any feature of a Prize not expressly described is at the Sponsor's discretion and subject to availability. All costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of a Prize that are not expressly stated as included are the sole responsibility of the winner. Where a vehicle or similar item is part of a Prize and insurance or a license is required by law, the winner must provide proof of valid insurance and a valid license before that Prize is delivered.

Prizes are awarded individually and are not combinable. A winner may accept or decline only the Prize drawn for that winner; a winner may not exchange one Prize for another.

8. Winner Notification and Verification

Each potential winner will be notified by email, on or about the day after the drawing, using the contact information provided at entry. Winners will also be announced to the winner only.

Each potential winner must respond to the notification within 30 day(s) and confirm acceptance of the Prize or any cash option within 10 day(s). Before a Prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and, where lawful, a publicity release, and to provide proof of identity satisfactory to the Sponsor confirming that the claimant is the person named on the winning entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within the stated period, is found ineligible, declines the Prize, or fails to return required documentation, that Prize may be forfeited and the Sponsor may select an alternate winner for that Prize in a further random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. Forfeiture of one Prize does not affect any other Prize or winner.

Prize delivery: The Sponsor will arrange delivery of the Prize with the winner after verification is complete.

Skill-testing question (Canadian entrants). Skill-testing question required: No. Where entry by residents of Canada is permitted, a selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer a time-limited, unaided skill-testing question before being declared a winner.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes the winner's permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state of residence, photograph and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes in any media, without further compensation, notice or consent.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes is used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants and deliver prizes. Zeffy handles personal data as described in the Zeffy Privacy Policy, and the Sponsor handles personal data in accordance with its own privacy practices: contact the Sponsor for details.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

"Released Parties" means the Sponsor and Zeffy, together with their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, volunteers, contractors and representatives.

By entering, you release the Released Parties from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense of any kind arising out of or relating to your participation in the Sweepstakes or your acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any Prize, and you agree to indemnify and hold the Released Parties harmless from any such claims. The Released Parties are not responsible for entries or communications that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete or otherwise not received, for technical or human errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or for any act or omission of a third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or goodwill, and your sole and exclusive remedy for any claim against the Released Parties is the return of the amount you paid, if any, to obtain your entries.

If you are a resident of California, you waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides that a general release does not extend to claims that the releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in their favor at the time of the release and that, if known, would have materially affected their settlement with the released party. You waive any similar law of any other state or territory.

12. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, a technical failure, or any other cause beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control affects the fair or proper administration, security or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In that event, the Sponsor may select the winner from among the eligible entries received before the impairment. The use of robotic, automated, macro, scripted or bulk entry methods, or of any service that submits entries on an entrant's behalf, is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules is not a waiver of that provision.

13. Disputes, Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

Except where prohibited by law, and as a condition of participating, you agree as follows.

Binding arbitration. Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes or any Prize will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court so long as it remains on an individual basis. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. The arbitration will be administered by JAMS under its rules then in effect, including the JAMS Consumer Arbitration Minimum Standards where applicable. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and the Sponsor agree that each may bring claims against the other only on an individual basis, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims. Only a court, and not an arbitrator, may decide the enforceability of this class action waiver.

Jury trial waiver. You and the Sponsor waive any right to a trial by jury, except as otherwise provided here.

Damages. In any dispute, the parties waive the right to punitive, incidental and consequential damages and to attorneys' fees, and recovery is limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred in participating in the Sweepstakes.

Time limit. Any claim arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to it, after which it is time-barred.

Location. The arbitration will take place in the county and state where you reside, or, at your election, by video conference or on written submissions, unless the parties agree otherwise.

14. Governing Law and Severability

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law rules. If any provision of these Official Rules is held to be void or unenforceable, that determination does not affect the remaining provisions, which continue in force.

15. Winners List

To request the name of the winner or winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, marked "Winners List" and naming "P.R.A.Y. Christmas Sweepstakes 2026", to Pray, 3538 ESTATES LANDING DR NW, Kennesaw, GA, 30144, United States, to be received no later than thirty (30) days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
