At Frosty Drew, we offer private access and viewing on available nights other than Fridays. These nights will have a dedicated astronomer on hand to answer questions and point out constellations, stars, and objects of interest in the night sky, and operate a telescope. The 24 inch observatory telescope will be open exclusively for your group alongside the Sky Theatre and Science Center.&nbsp; Private events also come with the availability of two meeting spaces, a kitchenette, and two gender neutral restrooms. One of the meeting spaces has a large 85 inch presentation screen with a surround sound audio system. We can present from a laptop, any device with HDMI output, USB devices, and audio devices. The kitchenette has a microwave, coffee maker, sink, refrigerator, and three hot plates. Private events run at a rate $20 per person in attendance (children 3 years of age and younger will be admitted freely). There is a minimum cost of $200 required to host the night. If you chose to reserve a private event, please let us know in advance what dates work best for you. Specifying a series of dates works well as weather and sky conditions will affect viewing.
