You will be guided through all the steps of transforming a plain egg into a work of art.&nbsp;We will apply a series of melted beeswax and dyes to create traditional and individually creative patterns. When complete, the wax is melted off, revealing the vivid colors. When appropriate, students will have the option of turning their Pysanky into unique seasonal ornaments. No experience necessary.Materials (eggs, stylus, dyes, wax&hellip;) and instruction will be provided to make one or two Pysanky, within the scope of the class. Kits will also be available for purchase, so that students can continue to make Pysanky and wax-resist batik-style eggs at home, for all seasons and occasions. Finished work of instructor may also be available for purchase.
