About this event
Sunday, August 2 from 3-5 pm
Ages 18+
Join us for an empowering workshop led by authors Rebecca Evans and Hannah Rodabaugh designed to help you tap into your own personal shadows and transform them through urgent and emergent words. This poetry and essay hybrid workshop is designed to rewild and release the feral and darker side of your writing. The interactive session will guide participants through fresh craft-based writing prompts and innovative exercises that offer a sense of unwounding and restoration.
Participants will find meaning and healing through exploring the positive impacts of rewilding, not only of loss and grief, but of the self. It’s a safe space to express, heal, and connect with others on the same journey. All writing genres and disciplines are welcome. Bring a journal, computer, pen, or whatever you create with.
