Base Event Deposit (Required to hold date)

This non-refundable deposit secures your event date and represents 50% of our $500 base rental rate (which covers a 4-hour block, including setup and breakdown). The remaining $250 balance, plus the mandatory $150 cleaning fee, will be invoiced separately and is due 48 hours prior to your event.
