This option is for vendors that do not need electric connection or generators.

A few things to know before you sign up as a vendor:

The vendor fee is a non-refundable and for a 10x10 space. Only ONE vendor is allowed per 10x10 space, and electricity is NOT available. 

Prohibited items include bounce houses, waterslides, dunk tanks, trampolines, alcohol or tobacco products. Events are family-friendly and products/wares must reflect that.

Your booth will be given two wristband passes for the roller derby bout - you will have to pay the ticket fees for any additional attendees for your booth. 

The vendor is responsible for any display, tables or chairs needed for the event- tables and chairs will NOT be provided. Vendors are also responsible for leaving their area clean and free of debris after the event. Canopies are highly encouraged at this venue but not required. Food vendors should bring copies of food handlers' certificates to have available and/or displayed. Vendors should be familiar and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations. 

Details for timelines for set up and logistics will be sent out a week or so prior to the event. Please be aware that the vendor area will be sectioned off from the vendor parking area, so vendors may have to park a small distance from where they set up.

We are working on a commemorative T-shirt for this event! Artwork is currently in development. Sponsor - Roots will have a small to medium-size logo printed on the back of the T-shirt. Estimated size of logo may be 2"x2", but sizes may vary based on layout. Size of logo is not guaranteed but will be proportionate.

Additionally, all sponsors will get mentions on social media posts, shout outs from the announcer and their logos printed in the program for the roller derby portion of the event.
