On Thursday, August 20th at 5:45 pm, we will honor the work of Legacy Park Decatur.&nbsp; About Legacy Park: Legacy Park is Decatur&#39;s newest and largest park, a 77 acre gift of forest, wetlands, meadows, and history. Home to 19 local non-profits, this oasis grows programs, partnerships, and resources that create and support a positive legacy for Decatur, including particular focus on housing attainability, community-building, and the environment.&nbsp; Legacy Decatur, &nbsp;the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that manages Legacy Park is excited to partner with Compassionate Atlanta for &ldquo;Serenity Within: The 2026 Legacy Self Compassion Series.&rdquo;&nbsp;Legacy Decatur provides the venue space for this event to help foster the community connection Compassionate Atlanta provides as a Legacy Park tenant.

Your registration greatly helps the mission of Frank Hamilton School. Date/Time: Thursday August 20th&nbsp; at 5:45 pm. Please come on time and do not disrupt the class if it has already started.&nbsp; Location: Legacy Park Administrative Building, 500 S. Columbia Drive, Decatur, GA 30030 (*Note:&nbsp;following Google maps may take you to the building behind the administrative building. However, it is very simple. Regardless of whether you are coming from Memorial Drive or E. College Avenue, take the second entrance into Legacy Park from S. Columbia Drive. The Administrative building is right in front of the main circle.) It is the two story building with two columns with the roundabout in front of it. &nbsp;See map attached.&nbsp; Who can attend? Any community member. Suggested Donation:&nbsp;$20 or pay what you want. No one is turned away.&nbsp; Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for supporting Compassion.
