- Direct guests to meeting rooms, seating areas, restrooms, and event activities.
- Answer general questions or connect attendees with the appropriate event representative.

- Welcome attendees and share information about the NCNW Cincinnati Section.
- Explain the mission, vision, and Core Four priorities of NCNW.
- Provide information on membership benefits, committees, programs, and volunteer opportunities.
- Answer questions regarding membership eligibility, dues, and participation.
- Assist prospective members with completing membership interest forms or online registration.
- Distribute brochures, event calendars, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Encourage attendees to like, follow or subscribe to the Cincinnati Section social media accounts for future events and community initiatives.
- Highlight upcoming NCNW programs, service projects, advocacy efforts, and leadership opportunities.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and engaging table throughout the event.
