Western Mongolia 5-Day Altai Ibex Hunt. Raffle winner selects days during hunting season between July 15th and October 15th, 2027. LOCATION:&nbsp;Western Mongolia. Ulaanbaatar is the arrival/departure airport DATES: 2027. Hunting season runs from July 15th to October 15th. The raffle winner will firm up hunt dates with Safari Outfitters directly soon after the drawing. ABOUT THE HUNT: The hunt will take place in Western part of Mongolia, in Bayan-Ulgii province. During the hunt we use cars, it is not very physically demanding, average shooting distance 250-400 yards. SAMPLE ITINERARY:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Day 1: Arrive in Ulaanbaatar and transfer to the hotel.
