This experience blends education and guided movement, helping participants understand the powerful connection between stretching, stress reduction, and overall health. You&rsquo;ll learn how tension shows up in the body, why stretching is essential for improving flexibility, reducing discomfort, and supporting emotional balance&mdash;and then put that knowledge into practice through gentle, accessible stretch exercises. Whether you&rsquo;re holding stress in your shoulders, tightness in your hips, or simply feeling the weight of doing too much for too long, this workshop creates space to release, reset, and reconnect with your body. Come as you are&mdash;no experience needed&mdash;just a willingness to pause and take care of yourself.
