From an early age she longed to be a light in the darkness for her own journey and for the journey of all seekers. Ceremony and ritual are a powerful part of her practice and teaching. &nbsp;She is dedicated to supporting mothers and women regain balance when the connection between and mind and body get misaligned. Her work focuses on the opportunities for healing that arise when our bodies, hearts and minds call out for our attention in a variety of ways.
