Study and prepare for the&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/bureau-divisions/mobility-division/amateur-radio-service" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">FCC&#39;s&nbsp;Amateur&nbsp;Radio&nbsp;Service</a>&nbsp;Technician Class&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="https://www.fcc.gov/wireless/bureau-divisions/mobility-division/amateur-radio-service/examinations" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">license exam</a> in a friendly and welcoming environment!&nbsp; We&#39;re excited&nbsp;to announce that Patrick Hayes will lead a second cohort of monthly dedicated study sessions at&nbsp;the&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="https://techedcollab.org/contact/" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Advanced Cyber Systems Lab</a>, located at Gateway Community College.&nbsp; The first class will be on Monday, October 5 at 6 p.m.&nbsp; Study sessions are free to attend and a study guide will be provided to participants free of charge thanks to Gateway Community College.&nbsp; These meetings will be led by Patrick Hayes, who holds an Amateur Extra License and is president of&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="https://students.engineering.asu.edu/clubs/w7asu/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">W7ASU</a>, the Amateur Radio Club of ASU.&nbsp; If you&#39;re interested in ham radio but have been putting off getting your license, now is the perfect time to do it!&nbsp; If you have any questions, contact Patrick at&nbsp;<a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:prhayes1@asu.edu" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">prhayes1@asu.edu</a>.&nbsp; --&nbsp; ACSL Directions &amp; Parking GateWay Community College - Washington Campus&nbsp; 108 N. 40th St.&nbsp; Phoenix, AZ 85034 The ACSL is located in Room 2108 of the MA building.&nbsp;If the door to the MA building is locked, call (602) 286-8831 and someone will let you in. Go through the double glass doors and up the staircase to your immediate left. The room is the first door on the right in the hallway.
