The Brookwood Way Conference is our signature three‑day gathering where leaders exploring opportunities to serve adults with disabilities, and mission-driven organizations come to experience the heart of Brookwood. Through teaching, storytelling, campus immersion, and practical application, participants learn how to build programs and communities rooted in dignity, purpose, and meaningful work for adults with disabilities. Each year we also offer an optional pre‑conference immersion opportunity and a post‑conference deep dive—focused this year on Fundraising Essentials—to equip attendees with specialized tools they can take home and implement with confidence. Together, these sessions create a holistic, transformative experience that reflects the spirit and culture of the Brookwood Way.
