We&#39;re proud to present The Vagina Monologues, Eve Ensler&#39;s groundbreaking play that gives voice to women&#39;s experiences through a series of poignant and often humorous monologues exploring topics from love and sexuality to violence and empowerment. Since its debut in 1996, this celebrated work has sparked conversations worldwide about women&#39;s bodies, identity, and rights. The afternoon event will also feature music from Rebel Elle. All proceeds benefit Hope and Resilience Long Island (HARLI), a grassroots nonprofit providing essential services to victims and survivors of domestic abuse, sexual assault, and human trafficking on Long Island. HARLI offers legal advocacy, legal representation, trauma counseling, and emergency rent assistance for those fleeing abusive homes; services that can mean the difference between safety and danger for survivors in crisis. This event also serves as an introduction to the Unitarian Univerdalist Fellowship of Huntington&#39;s Reproductive Justice Team, part of the social justice committee at Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Huntington.
