LXCL:Help collect cookies from families before the concert and after the concert, assist with cookie table setup immediately following the concert for all families and singers to enjoy. Please arrive at 12:30 to collect cookies and bring them to the reception area.

1PM School Programs Group Parent

1 PM: Training 1 &amp; Training 3 4 PM: Training 2, Training 4 &amp; School Programs Group Parents are an incredibly important part of our program. For each dress rehearsal and concert, two Group Parents assist the conductor in organizing and supervising the choir. We ask Group Parents to arrive 15 minutes before the singers&rsquo; call times and to remain with the singers until the last person is picked up after the performance. Group Parents conduct check in and check out, accompany the singers through sound check, and sit with the singers (in the audience) during the performance, making sure uniforms are tidy, walking singers to the bathroom or stage, and addressing any minor injuries or illnesses. You help ensure that our singers are safe and ready for performance!This is a really fun way to get a &quot;behind-the-scenes&quot; look at how we produce concerts. It&#39;s also a great opportunity to interact with the singers and get to know your child&#39;s friends! Front of House support:As a front of house volunteer, you support our staff team with singer check-ins, distributing will-call tickets to attendees, or assisting as an usher. Whether you are a veteran volunteer or new to the community, we appreciate and value your time and energy! Sign up for either a group parent or front of house volunteer during the one of two performance times.&nbsp;
