Over four sessions, we will explore how grief and loss affect our minds and bodies, and learn how to best care for ourselves along the journey. We will engage in therapeutic activities such as group sharing, expressive arts, and equine-assisted activities &mdash; all held in the peaceful surroundings of Ohana Preservation Foundation&#39;s 81-acre farm.&nbsp; The series will be facilitated by Joyce Montgomery and Shelly Dixon.
