Enter Your Chili In The Cookoff!

Get ready to bring your best chili to UCAN&rsquo;s Fall Chili Cook-Off on November 14th from 11:30am - 2:30pm! All types of chili are welcome (meaty, vegetarian, chicken, etc). There is no entry fee for chili cooks&mdash;just bring your chili, have fun, and let the UCAN community enjoy your recipe! The winner will be the People&#39;s Choice, with ticket holders tasting and voting for their favorite. Important:&nbsp;For food safety, all chili cooks must provide a complete ingredient list either in advance or bring a printed copy with them to the event. No ingredient list, no entry. Cooks must also agree to bring a minimum of 1 gallon (4 quarts) of chili in a crockpot or other appropriate serving container. Please arrive 30 minutes early to set up your station and warm up your chili.
