Step onto Tejon Ranch and learn how volunteers support 240,000 acres of conserved lands, home to more than 200 bird species and over 60 special status plants and animals. This training will introduce core stewardship practices, from conservation easement monitoring to observing wildlife and habitats on the ground.&nbsp; We&rsquo;ll cover field protocols, safety, and simple ways to record what you see so scientists and land managers can use your observations. No prior experience is required&mdash;only curiosity and a commitment to California&rsquo;s future landscapes. Lunch will be included in this immersive training.
