This vendor contribution includes event access for you + one assistant and provides the resources needed to support your setup and service throughout the event.

This opportunity is 100% FREE to participate. There is no facilitator/vendor fee, and selected facilitators will receive a stipend for their time and expertise.

We are looking for experienced professionals and practitioners who can lead engaging 45-minute to 1-hour workshops, classes, or panel discussions connected to wellness, health, education, and community care.

💗 Sexologists & Sex-Education Experts — professionals who can facilitate thoughtful, inclusive conversations around sexual health, relationships, pleasure, consent, and reproductive wellness

WHAT WE PROVIDE

We want you to focus on sharing your expertise and connecting with the community. Our team will work with selected facilitators to support your needs, which may include:

• 📝 Dry-erase board
• 🪑 Seating and basic room setup
• 📋 Other reasonable materials or equipment requested in advance

We strongly prefer facilitators who are already experienced in teaching, facilitating, presenting, or leading group experiences. Tell us what you need, and we'll do our best to create an environment that allows you to do what you do best.

SESSION REQUIREMENTS

All workshops, classes, and panel discussions must be 45 minutes to 1 hour in length.

This FREE community partner opportunity invites organizations to table at the event and connect directly with attendees by sharing information, resources, educational materials, and approved promotional items or freebies.
