Additional Call-In Lodging Guidelines:

Jay Peak Resort and Conference understands that attendees will be responsible for making their own reservations by calling our Central Reservations Office: 800-451-4449. Attendees are required to inform the reservationist agent of the group code to activate the discount rate. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and charges will be applied to the credit card according to the reservation cancellation policy below. The remaining 50% is due at the time of check-in. Upon Check-In, each guest is required to provide a credit card for incidental charges (Room charge, bags, damages, etc.)

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. Cancellations more than 72 hours prior to arrival will be fully refundable.
2. When cancelling or shortening a stay within 72 hours to arrival, the deposit or value of cancelled days is forfeited .
