Carol Ann began her martial arts journey studying Tang Soo Do before expanding into women&rsquo;s self-defense and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Her passion for empowering women has led her to teach self-defense programs at universities including West Virginia University, Fairmont State University, Shepherd University, and Blue Ridge Community and Technical College. She has worked with the Sexual Assault Response Team in Martinsburg, WV and has spoken at schools, women&rsquo;s shelters, Girl Scout meetings, health fairs, and community organizations. Carol Ann has taught women and girls ranging from age 9 through their 60s, always focusing on awareness, confidence, leadership, and the power of trusting your instincts. Her motivating teaching style and compassionate approach make her a powerful advocate for helping women become stronger, more confident, and better prepared.
