This is a weekly class for women to have a safe space to practice Kripalu Yoga in a harmonious community.&nbsp; Kripalu Yoga is an invitation into inquiry, to participate fully with everything that life has to offer. It is an opportunity to step into the experiment of &nbsp;discovery. In this class, you link breath, movement, and pause to heighten body awareness and increase connection to yourself and to your heart, both on and off the mat. You will not only increase flexibility, strength, overall fitness and health, but you may as well experience more joy and a greater sense of being alive. Each session includes medation, prāṇāyāma (conscious breathing), āsana (physical postures), and develops gradually toward deeper practices with mudrā, bandha.&nbsp; Our instructor for these sessions is Ven. Sucandra, who has over 10 years of experience teaching these practices both nationally and internationally and over 20 years of practice experience.&nbsp; By joining the session and making a donation, you help <a fr-original-style="" href="https://chunghuonginstitute.org/donate/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; -webkit-user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Chung Huong Institute&#39;s fundraiser</a> to build its permanent home in Crestone, CO and weave spirtiuality with cultural wisdom, education, and traditional practices.
