This workshop will be offered on Saturday, September 27th from 11am - 2pm (PST).&nbsp; This engaging and experiential session will dive into a popular facet of the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, working with self parts. IFS was developed by Dr. Richard Schwartz, which views the mind as made up of distinct parts, each with its own perspective, feelings, and role. We&rsquo;ll dive deep into the core concepts of Self, parts, the protective system and leveraging self energy. Designed for therapists, trainees, and mental health professionals, this workshop blends didactic teaching with reflective exercises and practical tools to begin integrating IFS techniques into clinical work. This workshop will also provide any practicum students or Associate clinicians with 3 supplementary or professional development hours needed for licensure under the Board of Behavioral Sciences.&nbsp; All proceeds will go directly to our non-profit for program services and reduction of mental health service fees for underprivileged communities.
